OmRu are getting a new show cause of the 'partiality' and royal ignorance they get in IB.. they couldn't handle a show with 'ShivOmRu' they forgot 'OmRu' out. Don't think I need to say anything more.

Partiality is the reason this show even happened. What is going to be shown in DBO is what should have been shown in IB, but no longer was. I am a ShivOmRu fans aka a OBro fan. I watched this show to see them. Eventually they were not shown enough, and I also liked Rumya but they met the same fate too.

Now there will be two shows, so two forums makes sense to me too. I think anyone can stay or go. That is not a decision for members to make. It is a free forum after all, and anyone can post here, even if they are not fans of the show.

@mandy - how are you dear? i genuinely hope people stop fighting now as due to these constant jabs at each other i have stopped coming to this forum - i dont have time for more stress in my life 😉

the show is still being produced by same producer, so its not like this is her response to her own partiality - lets be realistic! she messed up the original storyline, now has got some TRPs by boringly going back to saas bahu drama. to keep the trps she has to continue with that but for the vanvaas track she needs to progress the omru story, hence the new show which i have read somewhere is only temporary to progress their stories. so omru and shivika fans need to understand that and respect their time first 😊, here people are constantly fighting with each other and name calling, while gul khan is happily waltzing to the bank! how about we direct this nafrat to nafratbaaz instead - atleast we can get rid of 3 horrible actors 🤣

lets face it dear, what non indians like you and i look for in an indian shows will never happen - we want to see obros, shivika (if you are still on board) and other love stories with no drama and light comedy which lets face it will never ever be shown in an indian TV show at least not in this century.

we will continue to see tia more than om here, and romi more than shivaay in the new show - which atleast i didnt sign up for! today's glass in juice track was so ghisa pitta that the only explanation in my head for that was- gul loves this navina actress too much and wanted to brag to the world about her new lip job 😆

in my opinion both shivika and omru fans have suffered! the storyline is hardly there even though they have screen space for shivika and i expect the same nonsense with the new show! over zoom into rotilana everywhere gul as she has a penchant for negative characters! with that #peace everyone

I am good thank you! I agree. Gul is laughing to the bank, but I think she should be thankful to SP for this oppertunity to "Equalize" the stories of all 3 main characters of the story. Because lets face it, they cant cut out 2 brothers from the show and act like the show is still the same? The show was too heavily promoted as a "Sibling based" story. Just like Veera or EHMMBH. (which retained their core concept to the end, despite having 2 strong love tracks each with good fan following).

Here, Gul failed miserably at executing her "Plan" which apparently she spent 2 years on? Like how? Looks more like she spent 2 months on it and haphazardly put everything together in the end. Om's original FL was kind of like Nafratbaaz from what I have heard. (didnt see those promos). But then they brought Ishana. That could have worked too, if done right. But once again, big mess. Then RUMYA. Started well, lost foucs and now in limbo. ShiVika. Seemed to be a bit more mature than Gul's previous similar pairings were at this stage of the story, but then undid it ALL with Daksh cheap crap and the rest we all know. I blame Gul for making me dislike the ShiVika story. She killed it with her own hands and now trying to put life back into a "broken" thing. Shivaay was made into too much of a villain, which was in my POV not needed. This could have been handeled more maturely and not with "Bad is the new good" as a motto. Gul showed her level of maturity there.

Yes these cliched "attacks" like gas attack, fridge, hanging, glass in juice, Chori ka ilzaam etc...It reminds me of QH too much. Navina?? She is the new AG. (1 and 2). But she is not as good an actress as those two, or Alka ma'am, who were really good. So watching this Tia is a lot more tedious. I am fed up of her nasal voice. I feel sorry for her sometimes because of Robin, but then she is hell annoying, so I dont like her.

Yes these personal attacks on members, the mocking and the bullying needs to stop! People can say what they feel and they should not be trolled or picked on for it. You can write back and disagree. But personal attacks and mocking is what I have seen and I dont like it. I comment here a few times a day, and check out what is happening, coz I want to see DBO now. It may be temporary, and doesnt matter if it is. Hope it does the job!

i agree, dear!! i actually watch the show on insta so i can skip all the tia nonsense. and that pinky yelling which i heard today by mistake, someone save my ears!!!!!!

@bold - after that comment by her, my hopes for shivika onscreen are very low but between you and me, i love nakuul a lot - he is super classy and funny off screen so i am rooting for shivika success just for him. apart from that, i give a damn! i come here to read some amazing stories by ayesha, asya, navina and many others who in my opinion have done more justice to shivika than the actual show's writers 😆

its ironic that we are talking about the bold statement by a female producer on a day when women across the world marched for their rights! i myself came back from one such event in new york and it wass quite surreal! better use of my time any day than over-analyzing this show which i used to do a lot previously 😉

March in NYC? I heard about those Marches and even here in NZ we had a few in Auckland and outside parliament in Wellington. (Protesting against women being mocked and disrespected by Trump). Many Americans living here are against him.

As for the show...yes over analysing is no use. Since I know Gul quite well and how she loves negativity and also to show women having "No choice" in life etc, she will never show Annika strong again. (If she can help it). She will make Shivaay act worse as well. There is no point even trying to justify him as that ship sailed ages ago. Saying "He will regret" is not serving the purpose anymore.

Yes I LOVE Nakuul Meheta. I loved him in PKD where Adi was such a classy guy. He was not a chocolate Hero like people think. He was very complex. Child of of broken marriage and dysfunctional parents who continued to fight even after splitting. He had to show a lot of maturity after he married Pankuri. It was a long journey for him. But Widower Adi? OMG...he was amazing in that part of the story, he made me cry almost every day. As "Bro" Shivaay he rocks the house and the best brother on the block award goes to him. The only time I truly connect to Shivaay is when he is with his brothers. That is the "Real" him. My love for Nakuul will never change! Nox fan club represent! LOL

Have you seen "I dont watch TV?" Hilarious. Main saap tu saperan kaisa hoga ye milan! "saas bahu maa beti awards!" LOL. That was SO funny. If you have not seen it already, check it out, you will be in splits!

We should be happy that omru has garnered so much popularity that SP is doing spinoff. What's is here problem. Did people want omru as sidekicks and 2 min space taker forever. And obros will be in both dbo and ib. Difference is that dbo will be omru at centrestage and ib already have shivika at centrestage. So everyone celebrate that they are getting what they want. Why so much hue and cry. It will be awesome. Om and Rudra story will be explored for few months and then merger will happen for vanvaas track. Spinoff is happening because channel pressures gul to show omru especially om story soon but ph was scared that more ss to omru may unbalance the story . Also gul wanted different story for om which was not possible with ib current and upcoming track. So they reached mutual decision of doing spinoff all fans should be happy that these two characters are so popular that SP decided to spin off. No need to divide forum. Whoever like omru should be pretty proud and please. Spinoff happen generally when characters become popular enough to drive it. So cheers for these guys. What is to fight? Everyone love all characters so everyone let's be proud for such a big achievement. Even temporary but it is big step for sp to take such initiative. It is big achievement for actors as well gul too who casted them and made them huge.

Ib and dbo will rock <3👏
