HOW TEJ APPOINT SEVT?

Sevt is the employee of oberoi industry that too tej's private secretary. Sevtlana destroyed all her documents before joining to oberoi industry, it's impossible.Is tej appointed her without checking her educational qualifications. He didn't even verify her bio data too.. Oberoi industry is one of the biggest industries in India. So didn't they give much importance to verify their new employees degree certificates or Tej just appoint her for her looks and some flirtings...
