Apparently Annika and Shivaay are running after Om. And a series of mishaps occur there. (Looks like a deadly trap was laid for them)

Shivaay seen running out of a rundown house holding his chest and stumbling. He falls down weakly, but looks up to find Annika hanging on a noose on a tree. He struggles to get up again.
