Being the educated, career oriented woman she said she was she should have understood that living in this toxic environment would do bad for her kids. I stand at the point that If TejVi had divorced ages ago their kids wouldn't have had this much of a rough childhood. At least in divorce you are living separately, but here the children grew up in the shadow of their father's illicit relationship's, their mom's alcoholic ways, their parents' constant war of words and many other things. I don't see how staying together helped any of them.

But staying together led the kids bond with shivay get strong n now tht bond is what gives each of them strength to go on. See I basically believe TejVi's relationship is love gone wrong. If Janvi had left Tej, he would have understood her worth in his life and would have brought her back. But Janvi being the doormat in the relationship is just worsening it. She keeps on begging to him and Tej just climbs higher.
