Now another thought...

I do feel if they use even half logic they can show a bond between Saahil- ShivOmRu rather than so called Tashan between Saahil and Shivaay! Once in a while when Anika is involved it's ok to show him speak up... But there's no need for Shivaay to feel pity for Sahil or Sahil after a point using smart alec attitude and sauciness cause there's a plethora of kids on TV RN who are being made to act and talk 10X their age!

I work in field where I observe everyday how kids with a single parent will do ANYTHING to have attention from someone who seems to fulfill that void of the missing parent/role in their lives! They're so needy for attention, ENAMORED at one point to have positive or sometimes negative attention...

The ObBros can fill in that void in Sahil of having a man in his life! Not at all trying to say Anika isn't enough for him... Just that they can show what these three can do to shape him as a man which after a point a mother/sister can't do or vice versa ! Although Billuji is not a bright example 😆 let me depend on Om at least for now!

What a rant I did. Sigh

+ 1000..
Anika bhi toh Oberoi family se apni life ka ek void hi fill kar rahi hai..!! Sahil will for sure love the attention he will get..

Can I hope for this?😳 Sahil-ShivOmRu bond
Shivaay helping Sahil with his Maths homework.. packing his lunchbox every morning.. Picking him up from school...Rudra playing video games with him.. Discussing Saumya with him.. Om?? having sachai ke discussion with him.. teaching him how to paint..
@bold Please Billu ke ek aur chance de do.. 😳
Waise I feel jab yeh Om ki love story will start, yeh bhi LULz dene lagega.. 😆

PS: But I'm worried that Gul will send Sahil to boarding school.. 😭

It was an entertaining episode for all the wrong reasons lol.

The whole guilt trip could have been done better, but it's not the actors fault the writing is just crappy. They did the best they could with what they were given 😆

I was watching some of the older episodes and he did fall before and it just as dramatic. He didn't want to use his crutch to get around so he fell. He just wanted to be like everyone else and you felt for the kid. This particular fall was completely random and wasn't necessary at all.

I knew it ACP is crazy. He is the same person that was mentally torturing her and drove Om to drugs and yet the idiot decides to go to his house alone 👏 I felt bad for Anika because the way he manipulated her was horrible and she really did try to run away. I don't think Prinku's forced marriage will get the same response from the audience or at least from me lol. It's mean but I'm just glad she confessed to the crime so Om is free.

The Goodbye scene was hilarious. Realistically she should have had that moment with three people: Om, Rudra, and Saumya. These are the same people that didn't bat an eye even after she was attacked by a stalker. Ironically Shivaay was the only one that cared, but he isn't reliable because of his ONS mood swings so he doesn't deserve a teary-eyed goodbye😆

Seems like Sahil doesn't know all the details about what happened. He might get sent away to boarding school because she can't tell him the truth and there is no way she will let him get close to her brother. Boarding school is her only option to get him out of there. Or we might get Sahil not wanting to go and revealing the truth about the money.

He wants her. He doesn't want her. He hurts her. He gives her medicine. He doesn't consider her his wife. He wants her to sleep in his room. Such a sad confused soul 😆 Tricking her into staying is partly to alleviate his guilt and partly because he doesn't want her to leave him. It's really sad that he still doesn't understand how cruel he has been to her. He keeps using her weakness against her... I guess its baby steps with him lol. I can't wait to see the next excuse he comes up when she is ready to leave again.

The friendship with Sahil might give us some cute scenes, but seems like the writers just want to add another person to the list of disappointed people when the truth comes out. He is so screwed lol.

Aaj toh dhadaa dhad posts aa rahe hain tere, Khush? Usually ek post karke bhaag jaati ho tum😛😆

Re: the bonding...in an ideal situation, yes...there is potential for a good arc there...but is show ka usual track record jaante huye, it doesn't seem likely😆😆...Sahil ko bhi randomly use karenge for comedy or to show him bringing Shivika closer along with OmRu...ek din randomly Shivaay Sahil ke liye kuch poignant kar dega and Anika ka already pighlu dil aur pighal jaayega and *cue* LOWE REALIZATION😛

My bad then😆...just that it looked MEGA contrived today, so totally unconvincing.

You make a valid point...I don't think the kid actor playing him is going to be available on a regular basis anyways...so they might keep him around for a few weeks, show some bonding with ShivOmRu and then the boarding school plot might happen...probably around the same time as the divorce may/may not come through😆...

I can't wait to see the next excuse he comes up when she is ready to leave again. +1 to all this...he's a sad figure right now...I can only pity him and laugh at him...the way he convolutes everything for himself and still has no real realization regarding his actions except for random guilt trips like we saw today😆...this guy is Jalebi level max...even if someone tries to explain his own twisted actions to him, insaan khud hi gum ho jaayega😆

The friendship with Sahil might give us some cute scenes, but seems like the writers just want to add another person to the list of disappointed people when the truth comes out. He is so screwed lol. ...and therein lies the entertainment...for me, atleast😆

😆 Glad to see that the laughs are still rolling out.
I thought there was only going to be a two word summary to this episode:

1. Robin !!!!

2. Omru -- used by Shivaay in the precap! I wanted to shout "Mind that language!" at him just then. 😆

For the rest, I thought it was a pretty cool episode. Ya, they're still parodying themselves to death, and I agree, Shivaay seems to be key instrument of parody.

I'm with you: I didn't get the extreme response Shivaay had to seeing Sahil's handicap. It's like he has never imagined that such a thing was possible -- your 1% vs. 99% analogy fits nicely here. I thought that his first call to Khanna was to assure himself that the handicap was not caused by the kidnapping effect; that it was just that the royal HE himself had gotten it wrong. That was too real to be a parody, and made total sense with the character that Shivaay is in some sense. The man who Anika once described as walking around with his nose stuck up in the air.

While I agree that Anika's thank you to Pinky was weird, it did help the context of her sweeter lines of regret when bidding Daadi goodbye -- this must have been the first time in a long time that Anika was actually in the middle of a zany but loving family. No matter how fiercely independent she is, she seems to crave the family setting.

Personally, I thought Shivaay's expression through the whole episode had the air of a hidden thoughts and trickery.

1. In giving Anika the divorce papers, he has actually handed over the keys to his freedom to her, hasn't he? No matter how unofficial and hidden the marriage was, the divorce papers make that marriage _legal_ for the first time. If Anika chooses not to sign, he (well, Tia) is doomed to be tied in holy/unholy matrimony to her.

2. The claim about having sold the house is bullshit and (if I can be allowed to read it that way) more smart psychology on Shivaay's part on understanding Anika. I bet if she had just walked out with Sahil at that point, she would find that nothing of the sort that he claimed had happened. He was just betting on (a) her being innocent about what he can do and how fast and (b) her very real fear of not providing for Sahil being a bottleneck in her being able to think rationally about it.

3. His ''man to man'' to Sahil was also smart psychology, I thought. He was there watching the panicked fuss that Anika was making when Sahil fell, and Sahil's desperate attempts to stop her because everyone else is watching and "I'm a big boy now!" OF COURSE, that would be the way to get Sahil to both be open to talking with him AND to get Sahil away off from Anika's influence.

Hey, I could be completely wrong about all this, but for some reason, in his Anika conversations, Shivaay totally looked like the cat who had swallowed the cream. Unlike the previous episode, where all he could do was helplessly and hopelessly react to everything that she did to him. The previous episode was ... Shivaay love for Anika. Maybe that's why I am reading this episode the way I am.

Ya, while I got Daadi and Om Rudra beseeching with him, I am curious to see if they also get what Shivaay has pulled off with his ''I sold your house'' routine, and will use it to play up the pressure on Anika to stay.

All in all, not bad, I thought. 😊

Oh wow I never thought of it like that 😲...He actually called Khanna cuz he thought Sahil got injured cuz of the KIDNAPPING? 😆😆...oh god this just got funnier😆

No matter how fiercely independent she is, she seems to crave the family setting. True...but I didn't like the timing of this...so close on the heels of her being insulted so horribly during the hate marriage reveal.

Personally, I thought Shivaay's expression through the whole episode had the air of a hidden thoughts and trickery.

LOL I wonder if the show will bother with the legality/non-legality of this marriage but I do like this theory...

Haha I briefly wondered about that when the spoilers came out...but they actually gave him enough time in the show's timeline to have managed to pull it off...since he seems to manage to move mountains simply via phonecalls😆...I wouldn't put it past him to have managed to execute it just to get his way while still pretending like he didn't give a crap😆...but yes, he's capable of coolly bluffing his way through this and Anika reacted precisely as he wanted her to😆

Wow I'm wondering if Billu applied this much dimaag...I'd be so impressed if he did😆...but I have my doubts...he stuttered a bit through saying Sahil can stay too😆...or maybe that was just part of the show😆...he suddenly got super confident when he talked about having a man to man talk with Sahil😆

LOL he generally kinda flips b/w the smug and puppy eyed Billu anyways so I don't read too much into it...still, I like your interpretation 😆

Ya, while I got Daadi and Om Rudra beseeching with him, I am curious to see if they also get what Shivaay has pulled off with his ''I sold your house'' routine, and will use it to play up the pressure on Anika to stay. As far as I could tell they all looked majorly surprised that Shivaay did THIS in response to their request to stop Anika from leaving😆...I'm guessing they didn't know Shivaay will use a twisted ploy but they are probably happy about the outcome of Anika staying back.

All in all, not bad, I thought. 😊

Ok I just rewatched this phone call to Khanna scene...wow I think I must have been too busy laughing, I actually missed some of the dialogues😆...Shivaay did indeed think that Khanna might have injured Sahil during the kidnap...phir when Khanna says he didn't do anything, tab iski ghanti baji😆.

Then he goes, "Main aisa kaise kar sakta hoon?"🤣...Shivaay tum toh BAHUT KUCH karte ho...yeh toh sirf ek cheez ki hai tumne...kitni cheezon ke liye repeat karoge yeh line😆

Then he's worried about how he will face Sahil and Anika😆...I got deja vu of that time jab woh Dev waali MU clarify hui...tab bhi Shivaay ka yehi dialogue tha..."Main Anika ko face kaise karunga"...har baar yeh bolta hai, then koi naya kaand karta hai where he will suddenly stop considering Anika a human being...then again back to guilt trip...repeat cycle on loop😆

@PurplePantsuit
The rest of your post especially underlined line makes me wonder if SSO has brains..😆 that he actually is the Great SSO..
Please don't do this to me.. 🤣 I'm soft like Anika when it comes to SSO.. I'll easily accept that he is smart and then when he shows his billu-ness tomorrow, he'll get a lot of gaalis from me 😆

Aaj toh Billu ke palpitations ne mere responses ko jaise accelarator maar diya 😆

@BW and Anu:

Awww BW such cute scenarios 😆 I still hope even if filler they show Rudra Saahil ki kiddish fights over Saumya ... Also Om and Saahil talking about ShivIka sounds good...
But like we're guessing track record dekh ke Gul will send him to boarding school post SA confession and Anika's life settling. Later she might show a leap if the show goes on to show Saahil coming back to take Badla from SSO for hurting Anika 🤣 Am I doing the ghor paap of giving ideas on a public forum to CVs ? 🤣
