Whatever is being said on Shivaay dadi in this show (The words against her actions)she's an old woman the patriarchy of the Oberoi family.She needs to act her age and her dialogues also will be the same.
She's someone who is not willing to accept much change,especially in the traditional values of society, she's an orthodox lady.
I think in India there's still some few old women like her I don't think there's such a big change in the the way of thinking...
She never tied annika with a rope but still annika is there willingly though she's saying not to like it or is against she could have left overnight.
BUT Shivaay dadi fixed Pinky and mainly Jhanvi in their respected place today.

You would think of all the people in the house at least Jhanvi would understand but nope. I also liked Dadi's response to Jhanvi it kind of hurt but its the truth and I am happy she said. I just don't understand how they can't accept and understand that Anika and Shivaay got married. Like its simple he put the sindoor on ANIKA, he put the mangalsutra on ANIKA, he took the saat pheres while holding ANIKA'S hand not TIA. It's seriously not that hard just b/c your rich and don't want to accept doesn't you get to as much as its the truth for a normal person its that much for you too. (I know that thats not the reason but I'm just done w/ the whole khoon and khandan stuff.)

Tia is first lady in his life.

Shivaay married Anika only to save his nose.
So jahnavi is not wrong and her mistake is accepting Tia in moral and other sense she is right by supporting Tia.as anika and shivaay were gonna take divorce.her mistake shevrushed.

Daadi always wanted Anika as bahu just assume if second girl didn't run away would Daadi have accepted her as shivaays wife.

No its all double standard for what they want.

All are selfish and equally wrong using others weakness and good nature to their use.

Happy dadi gave it back to jhanvi in her sensible way but dadi is irritating ya she goes on with thakkar boring dialogues and Anika needs to convince dadi that she can't hold sand for long it will fall anyways so are relationship and that to forced wedding don't work for long u can't force couple like this that to in this century things have changed so are ppl those days ppl listened to elders and relationships were much strong
