Whatever is being said on Shivaay dadi in this show (The words against her actions)she's an old woman the patriarchy of the Oberoi family.She needs to act her age and her dialogues also will be the same.
She's someone who is not willing to accept much change,especially in the traditional values of society, she's an orthodox lady.
I think in India there's still some few old women like her I don't think there's such a big change in the the way of thinking...
She never tied annika with a rope but still annika is there willingly though she's saying not to like it or is against she could have left overnight.

You would think of all the people in the house at least Jhanvi would understand but nope. I also liked Dadi's response to Jhanvi it kind of hurt but its the truth and I am happy she said. I just don't understand how they can't accept and understand that Anika and Shivaay got married. Like its simple he put the sindoor on ANIKA, he put the mangalsutra on ANIKA, he took the saat pheres while holding ANIKA'S hand not TIA. It's seriously not that hard just b/c your rich and don't want to accept doesn't you get to as much as its the truth for a normal person its that much for you too. (I know that thats not the reason but I'm just done w/ the whole khoon and khandan stuff.)
