This whole forced track is so regressive misogynistic that I can not put my disappointment in words so all I will say is Thank you for calling a spade a spade as I do too and I agree with u on each n every word I m only watching this show now for Om rumya n acp prinku which hardly gets ss so 😕

Well isn't it surprising ...that ...producer of this show is a women ...writer who is writing entire shivika track is a women ...look what we r getting...secondly manhandling of female lead by male lead ...and humiliating her forcing her to marry ...nd throwing her in swimming pool is presented in a way as it is something romantic and sexy ...thirdly two month back their is a malikaa track focused on women empowerment ...look at the trp of that track ...and look at the trp of present shaadi track ...yes malikaa track can't be compared with what u a trying to highlight here but fact is we who think like this r in minority and others who like to see such stuff and enjoy it r still majority ...I expected something different from this show ...initially ANIKA character seems to be different ...but it's going on the same traditional line of Indian tele Bahus.

Great post! But let me tell u dear there are audience for this type of regressive shit! Otherwise makers won't dare to present this on international television. I was done with this long back and stopped watching it..sometimes come to forum to see if any improvement in the show..but alas no hope..it's over for me but not surprised that many like to watch this yet..let them enjoy..but I can't !

thou i am still team shivaay(MPO) and yahh i used to like anika not anymore

anyway i watch this show only and only for omkara and thn Obros <3

I wanna add a small snippet ...If shivIka should get annulment or divorce as it was a forced marriage so is d case of rumya although d circumstances are diff with them tying d knot unknowingly d fact remains is they are still kids I don't know wat d writers want to achieve with a track like dis but its unbearable to watch their age persons talking about destiny crap ...

Although I don't like Soumya at all I'd really want a rumya annulment and then their story going forward with friendship as basis not guilt or responsibility

Written by women, produced by women, gushed over by women in the name of sizzling chemistry and great acting , and defended again by women in the name of rising TRP's. But what is indefensible is indefensible.

Our soch is still the same whether it is of a Dadi on TV who wants a girl to live with someone who hounded her into going through the wedding rituals, the girl who puts up with it all in the name of sindoor and mangalsutra or a judge of some High Court who pardons/ commutes the sentence of a rapist if he agrees to marry the 'victim'.

Waise bhi yeh scenes kuch bhi nahi hai ISHQBAAAZ mein abhi toh shivaay saint hai...I have saw chandranandini on tuesday hai bhagwan what I saw chii chii... chandra removed clothes of nandini...why always manhandling going on...to get romantic scenes chiii chiii...

Both ekta kapoor and Gul khan have stooped so low for trps...I think GUL KHAN have learnt all manhandling and romantic scenes from ekta kapoors shows...
