As per the judgment of for Supreme Court (Division Bench) asking someone to sign a single side contract is illegal and such contracts will deemed to be non existent especially in cases when one of the party is prima facie at the upper hand to the other which an employer is definitely to an prospective employee (even the software companies who ask to sign the bond have no legal usage), but I agree people might think of continuing till the end of the contract period to avoid the court

However the point still remains the same when Gul did that with KuLee, Mahesh sir, Mrinal Ma'am and Vrushika why cant she do it with Sana? And if those people decided to complete the contract duration why wouldn't Sana do that

maine dekha to nahi par written update pada. I seriously hate it. Bhai ki galti ki saza behan ko kyun mile. Shiv ne anika se zabardasti shaadi ki to khamizana bhi vahi bhugte. If they want to show this priveer thing right they can show how this will effect her bros esp shivkara. Shivay feels guilty, angry etc coz he might be reminded of what he has done but another thing could be him being angry at om for hiding this tht led to prinku being in this situation, it could be a crack in their bond.
