Everyone was gathered in the hall .
Pinki was arguing "Tia hi es ghar ki bahu hai let Shivay come today he has to make a final decision.
Shivay and Om enters.
They both were wet, Dadi and Rudra senses something wrong.
"Billu " Dadi calls out and moves towards him.
Billu beta kya hua tujhe. Tu thik toh hain na putar.
"Han Dadi actually Shivay ki car kharab Ho gayi thi " Om speaks up to save the situation on time.
Rudra stares at Om ,Om looks back and Rudra knows he is lying.
"Shivay today " as Pinki proceeds with her words
"PINKI" Dadi shouts at her.Enough is Enough u want Anika and Shivay to DIVORCE each other than fine TODAY ITSELF THEY WILL SIGN THE PAPER'S.
Everyone present in the hall stood stunned.
Dadi was angry and she meant her words but she looks at Shivay who now raised his eyes towards Dadi.
His eyes showed he has lost his battle. The defeat didn't hurt him much than the thought of being separated from Anika was hurting him.
But he didn't protest.
Dadi noticed the tears but looked away .IT WAS TOO LATE NOW.
Dadi leaves the hall and goes to her room.
Om and Rudra take Shivay to his room.
Janvi leaves the place disgusted followed by Tej and Shakti .
Leaving Pinki and Tia standing.
Shivay's Room
"Shivay u are Shivay Singh Oberoi how can u accept ur defeat without fighting for it" Om says consoling Shivay .
Han Bhaiya O sahi kah raha hai u can't let Anika di go away like this.
Warna ek din aap pahtaoge ki "mauka bhi tha aur pyar bhi bas thora sa himmat kar leta toh aaj Anika di apke sath hoti "
Om looking impressed with Rudra's words pats him on his back.
Shivay who was standing by the Window broken and hurt listening to every word.
"SHIVAY U CAN'T LOOSE" striked his ears.It's time to make up for everything. WIN ANIKA BACK .SHE IS UR WIFE SHIVAY
Shivay raised his eyes but this time he looked confident emotions gone in air .The same Shivay Was taken over by SSO.
When Om turned him to say something he looked into his eye's and he knew he is upto something.
Both Rudra and Om exchanged glances.
Their brother was back.
OmRu hugged Shivay We are with you Shivay .We won't let you loose.
Sometimes later
Anika arrives at the Oberoi Mansion.
She held something in her hand.
She looked the same old Anika self independent, bold and confident "Anika was back."
Mr Shivay Sigh Oberoi I have already signed these Divorce papers now it's ur turn please sign these papers and break this marriage.
Pinki stood stunned with Anika's action. But instantly she turned happy.
This is what you wanted and I am giving u ur freedom and u give mine.
Saying this Anika throws the paper on table .
Shivay just stares at Anika .
"Oh Shivay baby go for it finally our wish is coming true".
Shivay didn't pick up the papers his eye's fixed on the entrance gate as if he was waiting for someone.
"Miss Anika Singh Oberoi " YOU CANNOT DIVORCE MR.SHIVAY SINGH OBEROI.

Mr.Sanjay singhania the most famous lawyer of India. He held a record of not loosing a single case.
He was very close to Shivay because it was Shivay who had helped him financially when he had nothing after his father expired in a car accident.
Sanjay was tall fair and handsome. He was happily married to Mrs.Sneha kapoor singhania.
Sanjay entered and walked upto Anika.
Miss Anika acc/ to ur profile u have taken a lone of 15 lakh from ur family before marriage for ur brother's education.
If you divorce him now the court may ask you for a solid explanation behind this divorce coz acc/law after marriage if u divorce half of the property of Mr Shivay will go to you so the question may come that you married him for property.
No I didn't marry him for property and that loan, I have already started to return back the money in installments.
Sanjay looks at Shivay who had his eye's fixed on Anika.
Miss Anika the court has actually order u and Mr Shivay to stay under the same roof as husband and wife for one month .The court wants to give ur marriage a chance.If still u want to DIVORCE then the court will proceed with the case but before that you will have to return the loan amount to Mr.Oberoi .
"Here you have the money Shivay" Daksh enters with a check in his hand.
And Mr.lawyer if I am not wrong u are Mr Sanjay ,Daksh extends his hand . Sanjay shakes it back warmly.
No Daksh I'll return the money you don't need to do this .Anika protested
Anika whatever is mine belongs to u only.
No Daksh I am sorry I can't take this Anika saying this she turns to the lawyer and tells him whatever is the terms and conditions she accepts them not allowing Daksh to tell anything.
She didn't want any more favours in life she had enough of mess in her life.
So Mrs Anika here you sign .
Anika signs the paper without even reading it.
Shivay gives a smile that touched his eye's. His plan has worked wonderfully.
Om ye Bhaiya Hans kyun rahe hai "jarur dal me kuch kala hai"
Om smiles back he knows what Shivay is actually thinking.
Rudra don't apply ur brain so much store it for future coz u are going to need them soon.
Rudra crosses his eye's and looks at Om.
Shivay baby what is all this Tia tells Shivay looking disgusted.
And Mr Shivay you can't keep any affairs with some other women accept ur wife coz if you do this your wife has full right to claim on that.
Tia looks at the lawyer and Sanjay gives her a look that shut her up and her words died in air.
He looks at Pinki and tells that if u torture ur daughter in law and don't treat her properly u will be charged under section 214 for domestic violence.
Janvi and Dadi exchange glances looking at Pinki's face.
But Shivay Baby this can't happen, u just sign the papers and throw her out.
"Tia " don't you dare say about my bahu like that you are an outsider so behave like an outsider. You have no rights to interfare in our family matters do you get that.Dadi warns Tia anger well reflecting on her face.
Grandmom how can you accept a sarak chap larki as ur bahu .Actually u know what you are the main reason and before she could say further Anika gives her a tight slap on her face.
Everyone looks at Anika shocked
"Don't you dare talk to Dadi like that again otherwise this time I have just slapped you next time chameli se mar mar k bahar nikal dungi "
OmRu give a high five to each other.
Dekha Shivay Baby how aggressive she has become.
"Enough Tia enough" please go home for now, Shivay just tells her to leave.
"Han Tia you can't talk to mom like that" janvi scolds.
"Tia Bhaiya ne bola jane agar bura na mano toh main bahar ka rasta dikhau" Rudra tells tia raising his eyebrows.
Tia just gives a scornful look to Anika and exists the mansion.
Ok Mr.Oberoi I have my meetings so I'll have to leave. Shivay shakes his hand and bids him good bye.
Later in the evening
Om's Room
Tell me Om I know something you are hiding from me.
Nahi Rudra I told you no I am not hiding anything.
Om toh kha meri promise
Nahi Rudra main aisa Nahi kar sakta and Om just removes his hand from Rudra's grip.
Then tell me Om tell me I want to know the truth.
Shivay was about to DIE Rudra if I hadn't reached on time.
A speeding truck was approaching him and was about to hit him when I pulled him out of the way.
Rudra looks at him horrified.
Rudra there are some jigsaw puzzle that we need to solve .All the pieces are scattered and we have to fix them.
O' don't worry I am with you and they look at each other giving a look of assurance.
Rudra why I feel today's accident was not an accident ,it it was a planned murder.

I don't know Rudra but I have a strong feeling.
We have to find out the full truth.
Something just drops down which attracts both of thems attention.
ANIKA who had brought cold coffee for them and had heard everything.
She just went numb hearing she would loose Shivay today.
Anika turns and goes straight way to her room.
Both OmRu look at each other horrified.
Shivay' s Room
Anika opens the door tears running down her cheeks "SHIVAY SHIVAY " she calls out.
Shivay comes hurriedly towards her.
Anika just hugs him.The thought of loosing him was so painful that she forgot all her pains.
She hugged him tight.
Shivay was at once taken aback by whatever had just happened.
But he hugs her back trying to sooth her down.
"Kya hua Anika is everything ok"
Aap Aap thik toh hai aapko kahi lagi toh nahi
Aapka dhyan kaha rahta hai aajkal
"Anika I am completely fine mujhe kuch nahi hua hai"
After having made sure he was fine she wipes away her tears.
Wo Om
Shhh Shivay places his finger on her lips.
"Anika I am so sorry for not trusting you " the guilt was clearly reflecting in his eye's.
"Mujhe es bare me koi baat Nahi karni Shivay " and she turns to leave.
Anika please Shivay holds her hand.
Anika turns towards him" mujhe pata tha ki aap nicha sonchte hai mere bare me lekin itna ganda sonchte hai he nahi pata tha"
Anika I am sorry ek bar meri puri baat toh sun lo"
Please Shivay mujhe bahut neend aa rahi hai aur mujhe kal se kaam par bhi jana hai"
"Kaam par kaha" Shivay asks looking confused.
"Mr Chadda ki beti ki shaddi hai so they want me to organize her wedding "
Lekin Anika you don't need to work, I mean you don't have to"
"I have to Mr.Shivay Singh Oberoi after all I have to return ur 95 lakhs before the divorce proceeding starts.
She speaks out bitterly
95 lakhs he asked looking amazed "impressive finally u learnt maths"he tries holding his smile back but in vain.She never fails to surprise me he sighs thinking.
"Apko hansi aa rahi hai" Shivay one day when I'll walk out of ur life forever that day you will" but before she could complete her sentence he pulls her close so close that they seemed inseparable. His grip tighting around her waist ."Don't you dare utter that nonsense again."
Shivay just looks away he knew the words are hurting him but he deserved it.
Anika just pulls herself away picks up her blanket and turns to leave.
ANIKA tum yanha so jao I can sleep in the guest room.
Koi guest room me nahi soyega Dadi enters . What she told she meant it.
You both are husband and wife till the divorce proceedings are not over so you both will share the same room and the same bed.
But Dadi Anika protests
"Anika mujhe koi bahesh Nahi chahiye Maine jo bol diya so bol diya.
Tum jab tak es ghar ki bahu ho tumhe es ghar ka maan saman rakhna hoga. Es ghar k parampara ko follow karna parega.
[Till the time you are daughter in law of this house u have to follow the rules and regulations of this house]
Dadi stares at Anika .Anika seeing no other option just shakes her head in agreement.
Dadi leaves
At night.
Shivay was unable to sleep he kept turning right and left.
Anika who was sleeping on the next side wondered "is he cracking a deal in his dream ".
Shivay felt his head aching and fever rising. I must take medicine otherwise I'll miss my important meeting tommorow.
He gets up takes a medicine and goes back to sleep.
Meanwhile Anika wondered why he was taking medicine at this point of time.
She gets up and goes to his side and touches his forehead.
Oh shit he is sweating hard and he has fever.
Anika quickly goes to the kitchen and brings warm water and a towel.
She dips the towel in the water and places it on his forehead.
While with the other towel she wipes away his sweat.
She needed to open his black Kurta so that she she could wipe inside too and change his Kurta as it was too wet with the sweat.If he kept wearing this wet Kurta he may catch more fever.
"No no I can't rape a man like this " she thought "it's so cheapde types it's better I'll wake him up"
"Shivay" but due to heavy pain killer he didn't get up instead he just turned in pain.
Anika sighs .
She slowly lifts Shivay pulling away his kurta.
She then carefully wipes his chest and back. This man looked magnificent shirtless. The charm he held while sleeping was different than what he wears everyone morning. While sleeping it seems he is not SSO but just Shivay.
Anika suddenly looses her balance and falls on top of him her lips giving his a light kiss on his cheeks.
"What nonsense Anika why are you thinking about him " and she hits her head and quickly pulls herself away.
She quickly changes him into a white kurta and makes him lie down.
This man who has made her suffer so much still she cares for him why?
Why can't she see him in pain when he has only given her pain and nothing else.
Shivay groans in pain as his head was hurting him.
Pulling her out of her thoughts.
Anika keeps the water bowl and towel on the table and looks at the watch it was already 3am.
She then settles down beside him pressing his head lightly.
Morning :
Shivay gets up feeling better as if some angel came waved her wand took all his pain away.
Wait a minute and he turns to see Anika sleeping on her hand while the other rested on his forehead.
He gets up look at her .Was she awake whole night he wonders.
He makes her lie down comfortably and pulls the duvet over her.
Getting down from bed the first thing he notices was his kurta.
"What The Wack " she changed my kurta and a smile just crawled on his lips.
He looks at the bowl towel and realises she had been awake while night taking care of him.
He looks at her sleeping figure and wonders she stayed up all night only because I could sleep properly.
Definitely his angel was she who took away all his pain.
He was feeling so much better than he ever felt with his medicines.
And then the guilt once again crept his heart.
He gets ready for the meeting without disturbing her sleep and goes down.
At the breakfast table
He says Somya to take Anika's breakfast in his room.
