A Shivika OS: Trust Overcomes it all

Anika stared at him, disbelief evident in her eyes. Sahil was in one of those cars, but in which. She calculated the possibility of herself being able to overpower Shivaay Singh Oberoi's heartless army and realized that she reaching to her brother before they do something was far from possible.

"Shivaay, yeh hamaare beech ka maamla hain. Mere Bhai ko iss mein lane ki koyi zaroorat. Please usse chod dho." She begged, her eyes frantically looking for at least some sort of movement in the cars.

"Hmm, chod dheta hoon tere Bhai ko.. BOOM"

A car to her side blasted, rising high above the air. Anika took a step back. She couldn't register what just happened. Her brother. HER BROTHER. HER ONLY FAMILY.

"SAAAHIL!!!!" She screamed. No this couldn't happen. This is Injustice. He's all she had left. The reason for her very being. He couldn't just leave her! Couldn't leave her like Momma-Papa did. Couldn't leave her like Chutki. Couldn't leave her like Ma-Bau ji did. No he just couldn't.

"Ab kya kehkar mujhe dhamkaaoge?" Her eyes were glassy when she looked, void of any kind of emotion.

"Excuse me?" He smirked, victory evident in his eyes. "Car mein jaakar beto, waha sab wait kar rahe hai."

Anika took another long look at the charcoal black wreck beside, lying only a few feet away. That's when something clicked. Was Shivaay, the man she loved more than anything, maybe even more than her own brother, capable of killing a brother? No, he wasn't. Sahil is not in that car. He's safely tucked away somewhere else.

"Mera Bhai kaha hai?"

Shivaay shrugged and pointed at the blast off car.

"Nahi, aap mere Bhai ko nahi maar saktha."

"Kyun?" He asked, his forehead sweaty, his give away when he's about to be caught bluffing.

"Kyun ki aap kisi ko nahi maar saktha."

He had O Jaana playing in the background at that moment. She trusted him. No matter what, no matter what he did, she will always have that faith in him. He had already failed to keep her out of the Great Wall of Shivaay. She was already cherished there; now the Great Wall was not going to let even himself hurt her. He had realized that the minute his brain rejected Tia's accusations on her, when he himself started contemplating on what she had told, when he said, with no doubt whatsoever, that Anika couldn't anything like Daksh told, until he saw the whole event with his own eyes, and then too he had doubted on his eyes rather than her. Of course, he didn't believe anything Daksh told. It was his jealousy which took over and made him say such harsh words to her, hurl insults at her and got rewarded with a Danththod' slap.

He chuckled while she narrowed her thickly lined eyes at him.

"Agar koyi aur ladki hothi toh behosh ho chuki hoti. Paagal ho chuki hoti. But nahi, tum kaha typical ladki, tum toh Anika hoon." He had the ghost of a smile on his face. Give it to her for make a sinister situation just another one of their daily nhok-jhok.

"Yeh pravajan dena bandh karo." She was moody, and she was back. "Mera Bhai kaha hain?"

Shivaay gestured Khanna to get the boy. He himself was shocked to see the boy in the crutches, the boy he called apaahich'. His first encounter with Paanika's Paani pheking frenzy.

"Sahil, tumse kitne baar kaha hai ki strangers ke saath kahi pe bhi math jaana." She had started with her scolding.

Sahil looked dumbfounded at the both of them. "Yaha koyi Rohit Shetty ka movie ka shooting chal raha hai kya?"

"Nahi, but I will take you there." Shivaay kneeled down.

"Tadi maarna bandh karo." Anika retorted.

"Anika, we need to talk."

"Mujhe aapse khoyi baath nahi karna naa hi sunn na." She got up and picked up her brother. "Ghar chalthe hain Sahil." She walked away. But turned around to say that she will send the shaadi ka joda to the Oberoi mansion.
