No as the TOI spoiler suggested she will come back to say she was kidnapped and dadi will accept Anika as Shivaay's wife. She will come back because her character needs a closure.

After ShivIka marriage her character is not needed anymore. She is not like Daksh who is obsessed with one of the leads. She is even married.
