If he switches firstly Annika will call off her engagement with Daksh and what reason will she give him for that decision and secondly how will Shivvay live, with a clear conscience, that now he has done much more damage to Annika than Daksh by marrying her secretly and then abandoning her. Whether he takes his vows seriously or not I am sure he knows she will be guilt ridden for hiding this from his family. Of course she can never marry again, legally, till he divorces her is another matter altogether.
He would be one sick twisted hero that Ms. Gul has created to be that cold enough to use her and then just toss her away no matter how mad he is with her ONS. From what I see then he is no better than his bosom pal Daksh who he was lecturing yesterday about his many lacking virtues. Hypocrite much!!
And besides, what she did with her fiance does not justify him punishing her this way at all, making her stand in for Tia and then casting her aside when he has finished with her. It's not like she cheated on him or something, even if it had happened, to warrant this kind of reaction. I mean correct me if I am wrong but who appointed him 'Judge, Jury and Hangman' for pete's sake!
