Rudra's pupil turned dark with rage, without a second thought he hit reyaan, his fist making a contact with reyaan's jaw. Though his anger haven't subsided he still felt relieved, relieved seeing the guy who hurt Soumya, HIS Sumo, bleeding. A smirk curved upon his lips, Soumya was still holding Rudra's hand but this time tighter than ever, as if he was her lifeline. She didn't cared for the guy who got beaten, he deserved it, for hurting her so she didn't say anything.

Rudra shift his eyes on Soumya, he saw her crying he lips quivering with fear, he couldn't bear it. He felt his heart was going to break seeing her like that, so he did what he wanted to do long time ago. He pulled her towards him and hugged her, as tight as he could. And that was all it took for Soumya to break down, she completely broke down letting her tears fall on his sherwani. Rudra didn't let go of his hands, all the more his grip on her tightened as he caressed her hair while saying some soothing words.

"Ssshhh, it's okay. I'm here, don't worry.. I'll not leave you alone, I'm here" He continued chanting his words
