The first one obviously being Mallika and the 2nd IMO is Daksh. I don't know why, I get a feeling that Daksh is pretending but not as a part of Tia 's plan . I feel that OmRu have something to do with it. May be as a last resort to make Shivaay realize his feelings for Anika, OmRu have asked Daksh To Help. The entire Obreoi family recognized Daksh as Shivaay's childhood friend so he cannot be a part of Tia 's plan. It could be a coincidence that Daksh loves Tia and has convinced her to be a part of the plan so that they could also unite once Shivaay realizes and confesses his feelings for Anika. Then Daksh will not be accused as a friend who has cheated on Shivaay with his fiance.
Mallika made Shivaay realize that there is something special between the 2 and Daksh to realize the unknown feelings as love.
The fall of Daksh in the swimming pool was also symbolic because the water splashed onto Shivaay and kind of opened his eyes to his own feelings. Another reason why I feel Daksh is positive is the that he pretended being drunk and made Shivaay propose to Anika.
I feel OmRu being involved because when Daksh mentions about the gift is for someone special, Om observes Shivaay's reaction.
