I think Om is a person who does tell this point of view very clearly every time there is some error of judgement in various scene...

However his heart is a chapter which is his alone..He shares his feelings...but here its not his alone...If he says something it will incriminate another..Shayad isliye he decides to keep it to himself for now

Secondly...There are all three bros having issues related to the Fear..
a. Shivvay ka fear..Anika ke liye us ki feelings and anika kud ki feelings na bol de...is liye bokhla jaata ahai..
b.Rudra ke feelings of fear..is the dreaded word in this AT...
c. Om ka fear..incriminating Prinku and the guilt conscious of the hidden truth...
