Plus there are many theories in the forum for tia's true motive but i don"t think they could be true

1) tia and robin not being brother and sister doesn't look convincing because much time has passed and shivaay and Oberois doesn't know about this fact is plain stupid

Another theories are

2)First theory is that maybe kapoors have become bankrupt and they want this marriage to happen for money

But the thing is two companies signing a deal worth 1500 crores one becomes bankrupt and other doesn't even know about it not possible

Its like mukesh Ambani's son and vijay mallya's daughter were getting married vijay mallya becomes bankrupt everyone else knows except for mukesh ambani

2)second theory says maybe tia is not actually real daughter of kapoors she is some actress hired or maybe kapoors are not real kapoors

This is not possible too because from the initial episodes it was clear that shivaay and tia's alliance was fixed much before anika entered shivaay's life shivaay even must have visited tia in London and with such big span of time he didn't come to know about truth?plus celebrities big businessman's like Oberois and kapoors are very famous its easy to get their pictures from social media and tia is shown to be very social so its not possible

Both the theories doesn't hold good logically

I know this is indian tv show and we should not expect realism and logics but if gul shows this it would be murder of logic

Least gul mam can show is just like shivaay tia's mother also want this marriage because of 1500 crore deal even at the cost of her daughter's happiness because if deal doesn't happen it would cause huge loss to them but tia is in love with other guy and she even tells her mother but her mother warns her that if she tells this to shivaay or some other member it may not be good for her boyfriend

So tia makes a dangerous plan wherein she would marry shivaay and once the deal is signed she would create circumstances to defame shivaay which would lead to their divorce and the money she would get in alimony she would use that to start a new life with her boyfriend
