Fantastic deductions.I thought about the same points as well and have been racking my brains to find out Tia's motive. Marrying for money is not something wrong in Shivvays eyes as he is doing exactly that. Divorce after marriage out of the question as Oberoi's do not divorce and we all know how hard-headed Shivvay can be. His family name matters so much that he will suck it up and stay in it no matter what happens. It will be keeping with the Oberoi traditions anyways. So if Tia is planning that, it has very slim chances of success and she is not a gambler from what I see.
The only thing I can think of is eliminating Shivvay completely - accidental death. There have been attempts on his life before and no one would suspect 'Tia baby' at all. She ends up being a young, rich, lonely widow and after the appropriate mourning period would even be encouraged to settle down again. Everyone would encourage her to have a second chance at happiness.
She will be sole heir to his empire and we already know from Tej how much Shivvay is worth right now!
