He is weak at times and he is weak when it Comes to him.
He doesn't care about himself.
The scene where Shiv was in the hospital and Ru almost broke down O stood as a pillar because he knew that if he breaks down he won't be able to handle Ru and he can't afford to lose Ru.He gotta be the strength of Rudra but when it comes to himself he takes himself Lightly
He thinks that even if anything happens to him ShivRu will be there for each other Om is weak.for himself.
He despises himself from inside

U remember the scene.. ShivKara fight abt Tej..?? when Tej was in Police station.. at that time when Rudra enters he takes Shivaay's side.. and said Om is too much emotional and that's why Ishaana made him fool so easily.. it hurts Omkara and make him shocked too.. and then Shivaay left with Rudra after that Dil bole oberoi scene.. but Still omkara stays there all alone with his hurtful expressions..
