I don't want and I don't think that will happen because shivay ki shaadi Atki hui hai. Again shivay will change the date and I think this time audience will get bore of his shadi delaying habit. Many things have to happen like Tia need to be exposed, shivay wooing Anika, marriage cancellation, rudra accidental marriage. Om arrest will hamper everything and his secret will exposed easily. So I don't think om will be arrested at this point of story.
