See, shes someone who's worked hard all her life, had no family or free time to spend as she likes.
Shes had to always be independent. It was not an option but a necessity and now, its become a choice.
Its how she is now and when she and shivaay get together, she'll be both flattered and offended with the way he takes care of her.
Watch today's episode and/ or read my post when and if i post it, the crux of it was basically that she does NOT need his care and protection but he WANTS to.
That can lead to a lot of conflict and need for change because her stubbornness is a trait she developed for self-defence.
Shes soft hearted, woh kisi ko bhi maaf kar deti hai, she forgives easily and thinks the best in people.
In a society where people are NOT all kind hearted, it'll take her time to adjust and she will make mistakes.
She's not naive, but she doesn't have much of a clue about what is imp in the class she will inevitably marry into.
Toh basically, the trait i was pointing to is stubbornness. She'll need to open her mind to new kinds of people, and not judge the world on the basis of how it has always treated her. There is more kindness than she knows, and there is more hurt than she acknowledges.
All this will happen slowly but it will ;)
