Some kids give Annika red roses. She is very happy but then children run away & she spots Shivaay there. Throws the flowers and goes away.
Current scenereio suggests that either she rejects his proposal or she decides to move away from him

What bothering me the most is
Om: Ye Maine Kya Ker Diya
Now he was shown driving and light flashes and someone was in front of his car.
Did he kill Gayatri?
Did he do something bad in his past?
Does he do bad stuff under the influence of drugs & forgets later like a person with split personality does?
Did Soumya's brither die because of Om?
