I just edited my original post to address your second point. Basically, we know that is where the story is ultimately heading and I honestly don't think she'd be so foolish as to give away a major upcoming track on IG. It feels like reassurance more than anything else, especially in light of what is happening on the show. My guess is that this reply is precisely what the sites are basing their spoilers upon.
As for your first point, this site since day one has had fans referring to Aanika and the brothers as devar and bhabi. I don't think much of it. Plus, at this moment, there is no space for a love marriage, meaning they have to go for a hate marriage. In that instance, Omkara's major track will get next to no screen space and neither will RumYa, and we know both those storylines are on the cards.
I am not saying that the hate-marriage isn't possible, but I am inclined towards it being unlikely. Though the PH has garnered a reputation for hate marriages, in actuality, they haven't done that many hate marriages.
- Maan and Geet from GHSP had a love marriage, though there were complications during the initial engagement days.
- In QH, S1, Asad and Zoya had a love marriage and Ayaan and Zoya were a giant mistake (AKA Muqaddar ke Khel),
- In S2 of QH, Aahil and Sanam had a hate marriage and after they resolved their feelings that it was all just chaos.
- In QH S3, we got a convoluted mess but technically SaHil had an unknown marriage, since Sanam was an amnesiac who though she was Jannat was under the impression she was marrying Shaad but was actually marrying Aahil (I just re-read that sentence, and yeah..).
- In QH S4, Mahira and Azaad had a forced marriage but both were in love and it was the villains who forced the wedding. Finally, we had Armaan and Mahira, which was admittedly a hate marriage but Azaad's heart "cured" him. Whatever.
- In AKH, both marriages were love marriages.
- Suvreen Guggal and O Gujariya had no marriage tracks, per se.
- Arjun, his wife was dead. Definitely a love marriage, though.
The reality is that hate marriages cannot be sustained as storylines unless you are planning to pull a DAK, which is not the case here. The only logical choice here is to build up all the relationships effectively before marriage. The most important point of consideration here is that unlike the other 4Lion heroines, Aanika is an active ward to SaHil, and marrying Shivika now means displacing Sahil, which I don't see happening.
