I agree with u in some points. Anika solving the case was just too much. CVs could have kept her out in this matter atleast. I'm also not liking that how they area showing her as an ultimate saviour of the Oberois.

Shivaay is the character. that is described as the "Wall" of the Oberoi Family.

Annika and Shivaay has the responsibility of protecting their respective families. They are fighters and will go all out to make their family happy and safe.

Though their mentality is like chalk and cheese, they both can carry out their duties effortlessly. Thats why Shivaay is the Wall of Oberoi and Annika will soon be the Pillar.

If u rnt liking that they r showing Anika as ultimate oberoi savior... U r free to not watch the show... As per the characterisation of the show Anika will always be their savior... She is gonna b Shivaay's dhaal...so if u rnt liking that then chose not to watch... Simple as that...

If I don't like the glorifying of Anika then it does'nt mean that I don't like this show. If I'm paying to watch a show then I have full right to criticise what I don't like in the show but u r no one to tell me whether should I watch this show or not, I'm paying my bills not u. Anika is still an outsider for Oberois so she interfering in every family matter is ridiculous atleast for me.

Initially I did not like Anika but she has slowly grown on me and have started enjoying her scenes ( mind it I am not a fan) . Yday episode Anika saving is a bit too much, I expected OMRU to stop the wedding and help. Somehow after the pre cap OM scene had fallen flat. I loved Sahil phone conversation though it was hilarious...

I get your point of Anika interfering in everything is a bit too much as in reality we don't allow outsiders to interfere in our family matter alas this is TV serial. The show was initially promoted as story of 3 bros but it seems to go in a different tangle.

You are right it's a show about brothers but its more a show of brothers and the love of their lives, hence the title Ishqbaaz. That being the case, you would need female characters that make up the other 1/2 of the Ishq.

And its not entirely true that Anika is given more importance, there always is an element of Shivaay or 1 of the other brothers playing a part in her solutions/antics.

Moreover, it is important to show her contribution in order to cultivate Shivaay's growing feelings for her and for him to leave his prejudices behind. In fact its not so much about Anika being everywhere as much as it being always about Shivaay and his wants and ideas and feelings and business and family etc

This is just the beginning, give it time, there will be other love interests and other female leads, then Anika won't be on centre stage all the time. I for one would be disappointed coz I love her interactions with Shivaay and more so the funny interactions between the brothers because of her.

I love this show, hope it stays for some time to come.

The shows name is 'Ishqbaaz' and that's wat is happening... the story of course is about 3 brothers... but it's theme is ishqbaaz...

So obviously Anika has to be there for Shivay's ishqbaaz and she has to be a super powerful girl for Shivay to be interested in her even though she is from a very low economic background...

Shivay won't be interested in her if she is busy in solving her problems... she has to do something solid FOR SHIVAY ONLY for him to develop his feelings for her... and that's wat is happening...

I don't know why I am I posting here, people are hell behind Annika being given the screenspace...
