Your incisive summation was a pleasure to read :)

There is a quietude about Annika this week which draws the viewer. A certain gravitas which we've only ever had tiny glimpses of leading up to now. And that makes one want to applaud the way she's conducting herself.

Both, Shivaay and Annika, have these parallel conversations running inside themselves, between what they say and what's going on in their minds. And when those overlap, we get some beautifully poignant observations.

"Woh ird gird bhi hai, aur milon door bhi hai

Woh kanji aankhein dekh bhi rahi hai aur andekah bhi kar rahi hai

Aise mein kaise jhaanke koi dilon ki geherayon mein

Jab raastein bhi hai aur manzilein bhi hai

Ur analysis was beautiful so thank you for that...I loved today's episode...the OmRuPri scene and the poolside scenes n the mandap and the yeh ho kya raha hai again and everything...Its funny that u must mentioned Jhanvi here coz I thought of the same thing!!

On a totally different note, today when Shivaay talked about dropping her home, I think Pinky understood smthg that the rest of the adults there didn't. She figured out that her son felt something for Anika maybe?? Dunno but the precap too suggested it or maybe I am reading too much into it...

I look forward to reading your posts these days and I know why. You have a way with words, and those words make me feel and experience the lovely IB moments all over again, especially after beautiful episodes.

Change, the only constant. How right you are!

Change in time, brings about change in life, change in people, change in attitudes, emotions and more importantly, change in situation that makes you sit up and take note of what is important to you.

Shivaay and Anika have changed.

He was a complete bas***d to her, earlier on and he is holding on to that venom as it is the only piece of sanity he is left with, the rest of him is drowning under his moments with Anika. He doesn't like it coz he doesn't understand it. And the man is not used to not understanding anything in life.

Anika too has changed. She always took life's hardships in her stride but this time, it is different. She feels something for Shivaay but how deep that goes, even she has no idea. And that is a big change for the playful girl. Her way of coping is to not give the moments between them any significance...at least outwardly. But the sadness that seeps unknowingly from her heart onto her face, she has no control over.

Change is poignant. Change brings clarity. It is only a matter of time.

P.S - Talking about change, I feel one day Rudra, the man who all heart will run Oberoi business and do a fantastic job of it (if the story goes anything like Ramayan, Bharat after all takes care of the kingdom). He is all heart and brawn today but his brain will emerge when the situation demands :D

P.P.S - And I loved the dialogue about the "Galiyaan" too. Such an inane make-up line for his blunder of stopping Om from taking Anika home yet so meaningful. Loved!

👏👏 What a bang up analysis. I just saw the epi n it was all that you wrote about and more for me. I loved it. Will have to see it again and asShivaay ends up saying in the precap...pray that a miracle happens and sure enough..Anika will happen. She is going to save him n the O's yet again.

Lovely analysis... not at all long..you have covered everything. Need to read this again and see the episode again. 😊

Great post...I agree with everything you stated...not too much more left to stay. RuAni scene was fabulous...but the OmRuAnniPri scene...was mind-blowing. And the bonus was the Bhaagad Bill was listening...and he is so enamored with the fact those whom he loves and cares for all love her and have so readily accepted her, yet its for his family, that he has to marry Tia. I really felt bad today for him, he so clearly knows what his heart wants...but cannot have. And the car conversation...what to say...so poignant. And when she says that "kal se mer zindagi mein ek nay Khaalipan (emptiness) hoga", he instinctively says, there will be emptiness in his life too after tomorrow. That comment struck me the most...he is surely going to miss the LIGHT and the LIFE that she brings to his world. 💔

And your comment about him being the Wall for his family, at the cost of losing his own wall...so true. She has given him so much support, encouragement, light, excitement, etc...but most of all she challenges him to be a better man, to do the right thing. In that she is his wall.❤️

I am going to stop now...I am starting to babble!
