I am confused didn't Ishana say that "Saari duniya jaanti hai ki Tej beimaan hain"??

So it was not her statement but more of an established fact, so why did Om say Ishana ne bhi kaha tha?? It should have been Sirf Gayathri hi nhi saari duniya kehti hai right????

Was it just to mention Ishana's name in show so that people don't forget her???
