360 degree turnaround of Oberoi'sf

I have been following IB from day one and the recent episodes have been confusing and raising questions in mind. Let's look at few

1. Jhanvi is a lovey dovey wife who takes care of her husband inspite of his infidelity and other nonsense...really? They were estranged and angry at each other is what was shown initially

2. Shivaay doesn't talk to his mom properly becoz he thinks that she loves money more than him, in his own words. Now the reason for estrangment is becoz she is not classy?

3. If Rudra and OM had such healthy relationship with their mom then why are they emotionally dependent on shivaay or why do they seem to have a dark past. In both Om and Rudra's own words they depend on Shivaay from a parental angle

4. Dadi who seems to be suddenly having lot of influence with her children and daughter in laws why did she not intervene in the early years when things were breaking between husband and wife or parent and children

Oberoi's suddenly becoming 'Hum Saath saath Hain' family is little too much to take

Please tell me your views, am I the only one who feels character consistency is gone

I remember vaguely dadi repenting for that reason and pleading Shivaay to always be with his brothers and never leave them.

Even I agree with that
Tej was shown a ruthless character. Now he s so lovey
Pinky was shown as a money minded one now she s all sweet
Swetlana shud have been villain now someone else is
Anika shud b more sassy.
Ishana shud b a total congirl rather than she s doin dat for family sake
Soumya n rudra has become shivika 2. They should b best friends first den lovers den d story will b a bit different.
I was ok with shakti but last day epi I started hating him
