Why are some saying we are sympathize for Tia now but he didn't in the Shivika back hug scene?

Like Anika isn't Shivaay girlfriend, mistress or ex girlfriend they have no relationship at the moment, Tia wasn't even hurt then but the thing with Mallika is she is an ex girlfriend of Shivaay while Tia is his fiance now so her being hurt I can understand.
