Unfair with Ishana - Page 2

Guys, we should have some patience because right now Shivay-Anika love story is on and gul might have a plan for Om and Ishana that might need them to focus a lot on Ishkara which is obviously not possible now so lets give them some time.

Ishkaara can be shown more only if Ishaana enters Oberoi mansion which I hope Gul will eventually plan..

but yes i do agree the bela/mala thing has to be over and then the real ishkaara should start..

I liked the TOI spoiler where they said Ish will learn pottery from Om..

TOI spoilers are never wrong..dunno if Gul will plan pottery scene in near future..but that may be a very good way of showing Ishkaara frequently and ishkaara friendship will also blossom in this way..

right now m clueless whats going on in Gul's mind..only Gul can answer about that bela/mala thing..

but m hoping she will be get over with this bela/mala thing soon and something good she must have thought about Ishkaara..

I agree that Ishaana is shown very less out of all the 6 leads. The reason could be that Ishaana characterization has been totally changed after Twinkle Patel quit/replaced. I don't know whether many of you here know this or not, Ishqbaaz was on process since early 2015, all actors had a pilot scene in early 2015 itself, there is one YouTube video of pilot scene of all the 3 female leads, where Twinkle is playing Ishaana and if one sees the video it's clear that Ishaana wasn't a conwoman, rather was a revengeful broken woman. Was supposed to be an intense character just like Om only with the difference of ideology, unlike the current bubbly Ishaana. So I think after Twinkle got replaced, along with the actress they changed the character too, that's why they aren't able to develope it completely yet, hance less screen space. The changed Ishaana character is still under development, probably once the writers are clear with what they want for Ishaana she will be shown regularly, just like Sowmya is shown regularly.

That I too don't know why did she quit or got replaced. If I am not wrong then Ishaana was supposed to be a baazigar way, whose family is unfairly destroyed by the senior Oberois, she gets to know it's the Oberois who destroyed her family once she gets separated by her sister(Anika), since then she will grow with the intension of taking revenge from the Oberois. Om understandably becomes her target as he is easily approachable, sensitive and Tej's son. But on the way she will end up truly loving Om and realizes Om is nothing the other Obetois are, he is pole aparts from his father. I don't know how and why the story got changed. May be it was too dark, or later on they felt audience will take Ishana as vamp instead of a heroine, I don't know.

Bela/Mala is writers way of buying more time to develope Ishana as you said Ishaana's characterization underwent last moment changes, which is true.

Yes, it would have actually made IshKara intense, if you go by initial episodes daadi's definition of Ishqbaaz then it's more about similar personalities with a little diffrent ideology falling in love with each other than opposite attracts. It's true too in ShiVika and RuMya case, Anika is as egoistic, confident and firm as Shivay, Sowmya is as childish, cute as Rudra just that they diffrer in their outlook towards life. But Ishana is bubbly, filmy opposite to intense, soul filled with pain Omkara. But the original Ishana character is as intense and pain filled soul as Omkara only their outlook would be diffrent, where Om believes in self destruction and Ishana believes in others destruction.

yep. she s neglctd. not n d sense of screen space. nw dey r concentratng on one couple. so it k. but ths not escuses why dey butcher ish. no effort frm cvs side n her charactr devlpment.better to dont show them rather dan showing senselss scenes. they didnt introducd ish as dark bcz they doesnt want d viewrs to consider her as a vamp. eventualy she vl bcm grey. ths wat i expect. n ya. i agree. dark s better than ths belamala crap.

@Actomyo - Interesting view that could be it too because I think the cast shot for this show before hand even Twinkle shot a few scenes because I was recently reading her comment on Surbhi Instagram on the post with Neha and Surbhi that she's missing them both so I think she shot scenes for the show too and due to the character change of Ishana everything is now a mess. I wish twinkle would have played Ishana after this now because I'm sure the Om and Ishana love story would have been much better than it is now due to character change and actress replaced Om love story is the worst out of the two brothers. (No offense)
