First, you need to decide which software you can use...depending n what you have access to.
1. Sony Vegas Pro
2. Adobe After Effects
3. Adobe Premier Pro
4.VSDC Video Editor (Open source)
5. Adobe Photoshop( I know you would say it's an image editor but it can be used as a video editor also)
According to the software people here can guide you.

There are mbile apps. KineMaster and stuff I think but they all leave the software logo as a watermeark on the VM and I feel that for more accurate and effective VMs using a PC is the best. Just my opinion. On PC you can correct even the small errors which is very difficult on Mob App
