So I'm back with another post.
First of all, this is a rant post. Secondly, I love Ishqbaaz. The concept is brilliant. Last but not the least I'm not intending to hurt anyone's feelings. This post targets no actor or actress. Just the story in general.
Hats off to Gul to bring out such an awesome concept of bromance. We all love the show from the beginning.
Now to the things that are bothering me... let the rant beginning.
I know I know. Many of you would tell me that ShivIka is the main couple and we should be patient. Guess what, I have been patient. But when they decide to omit IshKara for consequent episodes and not give them any solid track I think I'm right to be pissed. I mean Romya get less screen space too but they have a better story track than IshKara. Romya started after IshKara and they have more progress. WTH!
Om is an amazing character but they don't seem to use this to the full potential. Apart from praising Riddhima and Trying to figure ut why ShivIka is fighting, he doesn't do anything else. He is like a gold mine that the writers are wasting.
Ishana is another great character. I know that most of you thought that she is OTT but there are many who thought that the bullet didn't have to hit Rudra in slow motion and that's OTT too. So generally IB makes things OTT, especially intros. Now we know that Ishana has many layers but I have no idea why it hasn't been explored or used to progress the IshKara track.
IshKara is a unique couple that is been giving too less importance. WRITERS! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!!
They are our puppy love couple. They have a unique touch and they have been made into ShivIka part 2. ShivIka is enjoyable but we don't need two of them. I really hope that the writers stop writing Romya OOT(out of character). Where did the girl who was positive and have hopes go? I understand that Anika influenced her but that doesn't mean that she loses her own identity.
I think by now you realized Ishana and Sowmya deserve better, according to me. Anika is getting the right attention and importance, that's fine. The problem is that they are getting Surbhi Jyoti n the show along with Karanvir. This means that those fans will start watching and the writers will start focusing on them instead of the already three beautiful couple. ShivIka, IshKara and Romya fans are just growing but these supposed new entries have a bigger fandom.
Even without them IshKara and Romya get so less importance, what is the world with happen if they get more people. The latest news is that Surbhi and Karanvir aren't just cameos. What does that mean? Are they permanent? What the wuck!!!(SSO Style😆)
Writers should work n the characters they have, not get all of Gul's old show leads.
