I like your point..I also want the same to happen..but as of now..m 90% sure he is talking about Anika..may be Ishkara's conversation will be a good one tonight..what I think when Om will share his doubts about Anika to Ish, Ish will try to make him see the other side of the coin..and as a result, Om may get to know the real truth of Shivika and clear all the misunderstandings of Shivaay..

in this way even Ishkara will also develop beautifully as Om will start admiring Ishaana for making him show the correct path..who knows may be Om will see the real ishaana by discussing his worries with her..coz m sure when Om will discuss real troubles, Ish will not fake herself..Ish will give him ideas as the real ishaana only..and then Om will start respecting her and admiring her..

Matlab Om ko kuch to dikhna chahiye ishana me spark jisse wo impress ho aur uske sath real wali dosti kare..i think this is gonna happen..in this way both Shivika and Ishkara will be responsible for each other's good future..
