Who are the main leads of this show? - Page 7

i would like to say that i like anika and i think surbhi is the most talented actor out of the young cast...i don't watch the show regularly but when i do i end up liking the comedy scenes with anika/OmRuNika the most..i don't particularly care for ishana and i am one of those who still dislike shivaay...throw in soumya with omrunika and i will be happy.

But I don't have any favorites..don't intensely care about anybody getting more or less screen space..so my pov could be considered unbiased.

Yes..cvs are being unfair towards om and rudra..it's not just about screenspace..it's about the character..rudra is used as a comic space and given less importance than anika..but even om they are unable or unwilling to give justice to...he was WOW in the promo man...the disbelief in perfect pyaar and perfect shaadi conveyed with a cynical smile..but in the show all they do is make him utter cheesy dialogues..which also come abruptly imo...blahhh...he would have been so awesome if cvs loved him as much as they love shivaay-anika..but honestly i knew from the first episode itself that there will be biasedness..thus when everybody was so looking forward to om's journey i was like "i am not going to get too attached to the character as there will be only disappointment"

I get the complaints of Om and rudra fans here...they were promoted as the leads,not anika...it's like how ipk was promoted as a love story and anjali was never in the promos and i was so waiting for redemption in iss pyaar ko and only THEN the cvs had to remember "oh once upon a time we had this idea of making anjali the lead,not khushi..so we will just focus on anjali and brush all the atrocities towards khushi under the carpet and make her a clown"...it was so so unfair...but as much as fans complained there was eventually no redemption track...as much as asad zoya fans in qubool hai didn't want ayaan to get married to zoya,there WAS a zoya-ayaan marriage...so I think 4 Lions will show what it wants..the sooner it is accepted the better.

i agree about the female leads, but Neha was on vacation last month for most of the time, while for Vrushika, unfortunately the CVs do give her screen space at time but they cant clarify what they want to show themselves about her!

besides it's not us online viewers or people on IF who determine who the leads are, its the trps, and you may not be aware of it, but the channel gets the daily trps and they decide where they want the CVs to explore more!

Otherwise i'd say this show is only 1 month old...

its funny how all people who have been bashing Shivika since past month are here, while those who genuinely want their favorite characters to be explored arent even here😆

I am sorry but when did Shivay,Rudra and Om get equal screen space😕

Shivay certainly has always been getting more screen space then Om and Rudra.I dont think any one can deny that.

And to be clear i don't have any issue in that.Shivay for me is the main in 'main leads' so him getting more screen space i understand

But Anika or other's getting more screen space than Rudra and Om that i cant understand.I mean forgot about screen space what about individual story lines that atleast Om and Rudra need to have more than Anika since they are the main leads

And i do get your idea about TRP's and i agree that CV's should do what brings in more TRP's since this is a business after all.But my point is that CV's never even tried giving Om and Rudra a decent individual storyteline.If they had tried and flailed and not gotten TRP's then i would have been fine.But they didn't even try and i dont see things changing.

And every one has different likings and hence different opinions

I personally don't like loves stories especially such love hate stories.I started watching this show since i thought this show will be about sibling bond.If i knew this would be a typical love story would have never started watching.Hence slightly disappointed that is all.

But i do feel it was wrong of CV's to promote this show as a story of 3 brother's when its actually a love story of elder brother

I still think the OBros are the main characters. After all, the show started with the three of them and their family. Their respective romantic interests were introduced after. We have always had the three brothers in every episode. And I think the CV's know that each love story will be growing at its own pace. It's only been a month, and juggling too many stories at once is not an easy task. Aanika was introduced first, then Soumya, then Ishaana (did I get the order right?). Maybe that's the order the love stories will have right now. Again, it's only been a month! Let's see!

Hmm this is not about the love stories

This is about Om and Rudra as individual characters.They don't have a decent individual story line nor enough screen space to explore that storyline.And no i dont consider Om and Rudra commenting about Shivay and Anika as screen space for Om and Rudra

@sabhyata OmRu getting equal screen space only in shivika fans dreams 😆 Even they know Anika anshi story is given in overdose just not ready to accept it.

We get them almost everyday on screen with almost equal screen space and since its a story and not a chemical reaction, one can't have an ideal perfectly equally distributed screen space every day.
As of now only Obros and Anika are leads, may change after some time. The sooner people understand this the lesser is the heart break.
Btw 3 idiots was promoted as 3 friends story and indeed in the movie it was 3 freinds throughout the story, all 3 got almost equal screen space but yet for the audience it looked like it was more of Rancho/Aamir story, same thing with Kai Poche's Ishaan/Sushant, same it is happening here in Ishaqbaaz too that's it. Every multi starer story will somehow have one character looking more prominent than the other 2. That's how it is perceived.

hmm sorry but Om and Rudra's screen space has never been equal to Shiva and Anika and like i said i don't consider Om and Rudra commenting about Shivay and Anika as Om and Rudra's screen space.

If you remove their commentary their screen space is almost nil

I'm only a silent member but couldn't help but comment today cause my tolerance threshold has reached. 🥱 TBH, I don't even really care for the couples on this show, my real love are the OBros and as long as I am satisfied with their bromance I will watch this show and even more important to me is the storyline. So far I don't really have a reason to complain because I know creative liberties have to be taken in daily shows due to TRP pressures. The makers of this show will obviously show the characters and interactions they deem most responsible for the TRPs. Simple cause and effect! And the show is only a month old, lol. Soumya and Ishana characters haven't even developed properly yet. Let that happen first and then talk about their screen space.

Sorry not sure if you have read my post but this is about Om and Rudra's screen space not Ishaana and Sumya.I think Ishaana and Saumya are secondary characters and are getting good enough screen space for that.But my issue is with the way they are showing Om and Rudra
