I too find her better when she's serious. The bubby character doesn't suits a con woman. I mean she can be chirpy when she's happy. But right now she isn't. She should be frustated and angry cause she needs to arrange so much money.

Exactly no girl will be tension free and giving all that one liners when her life is between do or die situation.
Atleast Anika was more serious when her house is about to destroyed and when she lost sahil's custody.

Yeah she was but next day she too landed in the mansion and was her chirpy self again. Now that i think about it. She wasn't as worried then as she is now for Shivaay. 🥱

I guess the prospect of working for the Oberois and earning money for the custody made her positive? 😕 Who knows what she's thinking.
