Kismet ke khel hai nirale mere bhaiya.
Watching the 'Rudra returns home' episode, somehow I had to think of this song.
While listening to it I noticed and realized the film title: Ek phool do mali.

Ironically, (lots of irony in this serial) in case of the Oberois Cuties, they are the Phool (or fool?).

Kismet has brought Tia in Shivaay's life. He has accepted this fact. His head is in this relationship and not his heart. He likes her, she is a friend and she matches his criteria which should suffice. Love is overrated anyway. Matters of the heart should be avoided at all cause. Marriage is a business deal. You know what you sign up for and there is clarity.

It is Kismet who is holding back Om to tie the knot with Ridhima. He admires her, or better yet, he admires what she stands for. Though admiration does not mean that he loves her romantically. He has put her on a pedestal like one of his pieces of art.
His head has mistaken friendship for love, though his heart is not quite convinced yet.
As if she knows this is too good to be true. Love is a must. It should be cherished and taken seriously. It should be sincere and heartfelt.

Rudra's charms and sweet talks have a strong hold on all the ladies. Lady Luck has worked her magic for him again. There where he should have gotten into trouble, he got away with a hug. With one hand he is pulling the ladies towards him, yet with the other he is pushing them away. What he wants is not what he needs and what he needs is not what he is aware of.
In fact, poor Rudi is scared and confused. He closes the door on friendship which could blossom into love. But we all know, you can run but you can't hide. He has no other way out then to let Soumya (Kismet) in.
