It about 100 percent confirm from their habbit and everything is quite similar but soumya maybe don't know

Shivay always trying to show anika her aukat and anika khamoshi about her parent and child show it actually can happen

No. But the voiceover said her sister fell into the river while her sister was shown trying to hold onto her hand. So i just thought maybe there are 2 sisters. Its also possible the voiceover referred to the same girl chutki or ishana. And maybe soumya is being up brought up by their real mother who thought her other 2 daughters are dead. She might have ran away to chandigarh with her daughter.
