Currently ishana may after om by his soft appearance and money.
But omkara is most complex character in show more than shivay.
Om layers are much deeper. There is a aura of mystery surrounding him.
He need a girl who can stand up for him and teach him care free life.
Ishana may trick om marrying her but latter she will fall for him deeply.
Any way I think all three boys need protection from vamps like troop and Svetlana
