a man for a sorry can sexually intimidate a woman..a sorry which he does not even deserve...throw her in a swimming pool and manhandle her because his pathetic ego can not handle being called out on something wrong and insensitive he said(apahij,seriously?...who uses that word like that so casually?..oh that's right! a 4Lions "hero" does!)..and we will watch this hero and his love story...wait for his redemption..which may or may not come...and highly likely that it will be inadequate if DOES come!

can 'hot' scenes not be created through any other way?can we really not get better heroes...better and less cliched love stories?😔

I saw shivay throwing anika into the pool and I verbally abused the makers..yes i did...what absolute f**kery do we see on indian tv?..we have rashmi sharmas and kekta with their naagins and gul khan and saurabh tewari with this so called hot passion.

I have watched and liked earlier shows of the latter two..liked some scenes that were likeable in my view..called out on the manhandling..but this time i think i am not watching another episode of this show.

That's a simple thing dear, this is 4 Lion's show.

Let's start from first shall we -

Maan abused Geet - pushing her off when requested help from him.

Arnav abused Khushi - broke her dory and pushed her onto a wall.

Did not watch QH so don't know but pretty sure there maybe scenes.

IPPKND 2 Shlok slapped Aastha in the name of asking her where she went.

And now the height of it all sexual abuse, on a normal news this would have lead to mudslinging and abuse towards the perpetrator.

But on a Gul Khan show , well that's how romance starts.

Seriously Mrs Khan if you have some sort of a backbone make Annika file a case and highlight the issue. Let love wait for while.

@UmImbrahim - oh gul's heroines(or any other heroine on indian tv) do not file police complaints..they do not know of basic employee laws either,considering they take any kind of shit from their "bosses"...we will get one or two or three scenes where the heroine retaliates but that is it..the hero again does something..keeps on doing something...and she keeps taking that shit.

Oh qubool hai had manhandling scenes too...asad for all his "tameez" and "tehzeeb" rant pushed zoya against walls too..so yes he was another pathetic asshole.

I remember I wanted asr to be beaten by several women with jhaadus on a road where everybody could see his humiliation.

That is what these rich heroes who are supposed to be oh so sophisticated deserve...people need to really understand sophistication if they think it is about speaking english and wearing suits.

^^oh...who?mrityunjay?...never watched ek boond ishq..was he any better than gul's heroes?..and what is this scene you talk about..getting beaten up by goons is different though...but getting beaten up by women with jhaadus while you are wearing your suit and being all "sophisticated"..seems funny to my mind

Yes it was him!!!!

He didn't get beaten up by goons, he got beaten up by normal people as Tara stayed quiet and people thought he was chedoying her!!!!😛

He was much much much better than all heroes, apart from my Captain Rajveer because he is the best for me!!!!☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️

Yes he used to twist her hand and threaten her and problem was he knew he was doing wrong!!!

In an alter ego thing he also encouraged Tara to fight back not knowing it was against himself!!!

Finally when everything was out in front Tara had her own revenge for days of torture by destroying his darkroom, burning down his stable and getting him beaten up and continued this torture until he saved her after an accident!!!!

Fully agreed with you LOLitaPawar!

I don't understand how a scene which is borderline abusive can be portrayed as romantic! Just because the audience knows that Shivay and Anika are romantically paired in future doesn't mean that those scenes are okay.

Shivay and Anika are almost strangers to one another. They never had any conversation apart from a couple of arguments. Imagine if a stranger pushes a girl in a pool and then manhandles her and invades her personal space? How creepy would that be. I know this is fiction and shouldn't be compared with reality but these kind of scenes really irks me.

So true .. As much as the Oberoi brothers' bond makes me smile, I am highly unimpressed by Shivaay. The arrogance and high headness is unbearable. And yesterday's scene was highly repulsive. If I were Anika I would file a complaint and definitely will not fall in love with the guy. But sadly this is what sells

Tell me about it. This dude goes on to insult her brother, calls him a disable, and has the gall to demand an apology.

I was eye rolling every time he repeated "maafi maango" as if a spoiled child was throwing a tantrum. Then he throws her into the pool, manhandles her and threatens to do something sexual if she doesn't apologize for something he did. Oh what nonsense. 😆

Sure, threaten sexual assault because that's so hot. Because in the end, he is a nice guy with a good heart . 😳

Let's not even mention the police station bit because that deserves a separate rant. 😆
