The Power Puff Girls

Morning

"Soumya beta utt jau nha aaj anika di wapas aa rahi hai" a lady in her mid seventies spoke caressing the hair of her youngest granddaughter.

And there she started her regular tauntrums to pacify her dadi.

" jo karna hai kar badmein mere ko maat bolna nahi utaya"

Her dadi left the room as usual she knew nothing can ever change this girl

Walking downstairs her phone goes ringing

" hello durga kab aarahi hai tu wapis ? anika aaj pohach jayegi beta"

" nani aap please soumi ko maat batana ki I am coming along with anika" there came a voice from phone

" matlab tum dono saath mein aarahi ho"! the lady's joy knew no bounds

" arey dadi chilau maat mujhe durga yahi par france mein mil gayi aur plz maat batana ki durga bhi aa rahi hai mere saath" spoke anika over phone

" arey beta meri bachiya ghar aa rahi hai iss se bhi koi khusi ki baat ho sakti hai" dadi replied " abhi motichur laddo aur barfi banvati hoon"

"Dadi - Nani" spoke durga and anika in unison

"kitni baar kaha hai sweets nahi humare bahane tu bhi kha leti hai nani ... diabetis hai tujhe kitni baar batau" an anger fumed durga scolded her nani

" abhi hum rakte hai . boarding ka time ho gaya" anika said

" bye nani" "bye dadi"

"bye beta"

"maa aap aur sneha ko aur kuch kaam hi nahi hai meri betiya itni successful hai ki who kisi bhi ladke ko takaar de sakti hai"

" arey kuch sikh apni beheno se .. kaam kaaj kuch nahi karti hai pata nahi iski saas isse kaise jehelgi" sneha said frustratedly

"papaa" soumya inched towards her dad

"sneha rehne do nha kya meri bacchi ko humesha sunati rehti ho"

"haanji fir shaddhi ke baad iski saas mujhe sunaegi kaise sanskaar diye hai kehkar"

"aab maa aap nha tension hi maat lo" " mein thodi itni jaldi shaddhi karne wali hoon ?" she answered with pride

" meri not more than 18 soniyo" " mein lagti hoon more than 18" she laughed at her own joke childishly

" meri shaddhi kab hui thi pata hai tereko" "mein sirf 16 saal ki thi beta" "aur teri maa ki shaddhi 18 par hi hogayi" "sirf bua ne shaddhi 20 saal par ki thi" with that tears started rolling from the old lady's eyes

" maa please nha maa ! bhul jau nha aab who sab !" mahesh tried consoling her

" kaise bhul jau mein ! who accident meine khud hote dekha hai mahesh" dadi cried even more

" maa please aap shant hojayiye . dekhiye aap hi aaise karengi toh durga ko kon sambhalega?" sneha warned her

" 20 saal hogaye uss accident ko naa mein who bhuli hoon na hi durga bhuli hai woh ... uparse sirf bhul jane ka dikhva karti hai" " mein janti hoon durga ko meri beti jaisi hai who bhi sab kuch khud mein hi rakti hai" she wiped down her tears with a napkin

"dadi waise apne bataya nahi ki durga bhi aarahi hai" sowmya said diverting the topic

" haye ram !! tujhe kisne bataya ??" she asked curiously

" sowmya ko kya hai na bhavishyawani karne ka hunar hai dadi" " aap jaisi beautiful lady ka bavishya batakar toh mein dhanya hojau" "can I my lady" she acted as a palm reader.

" haan saab" dadi gigled

"aapki anika aur durga dono ki hi shaddhi bahot hi acche kandhan mein hogi" she told her abruptly

" tisri ko bhi bhej dene ka kuch upay bataye baba" " mein toh sirf chahti hoon teeno ko ek hi ghar bhej du dulhan banakar" she added her advice

"huuuhhh itni kya jaldi hai dadi aap na" sowmya frowned

" maa fir toh hume ram lakshman aur bharat ko dhudna hoga" mahesh joked

" pappa aap na ho hi ramayan types" " I just hope koi hot se ladke ho" soumya smirked

"chee sharam naam ki cheez hi nahi hai iss ladki mein" sneha addressed

"aab aap log socho toh bhalayi aur mein sochu toh besharmi "? "not fair haan maa" sowmya mentioned

" aajayengi dono time hogaya nha" dadi questioned

"driver ko phone karta hoon" mahesh suggested

" dekho who waste hai mein janti hoon kaha hogi dono" soumya tried helping

She quickly dialled the company number

" hello Singhania Group of Companies" spoke the receptionist

" oyy mein sowmya singhania bol rahi hoon di apne cabin mein hai nha?" she asked her

" yes madam toh 4 baje se cabin mein hai" the receptionist answered

"thanks kehna unse ki dadi had a mild attack"

She cut off the call and dialled another number

" hello Care Hospitals do you need any appointment madam ?"

" haan Dr Durga Shekhawat se keh dena aaj raat ko pizza party hai ghar mein" with that she cut the call

The necessary arrangments had been done

"dekhna aab khud kaise chal kar ayegi" sowmya said hugging her dadi

"dadi aap thik toh ho na" rushed a worried anika

" mama - mami pizza party rakha toh kher nahi aapki" stepped durga from another end.

"aagayi nha dono sahi track par" soumya popped from nowhere

" sowmya kya majak hai yeh" anika durga said in unison

Sowmya hid behind her dadi looking their anger

Both of them felt defeated before sowmya's plan

" airport se direct office aur hospital chali gayi" " jau mein nahi baat karti hoon" dadi pouted faking her anger

"accha ok ok now stop" sowmya sighed

" waise meri choddo apni batao" "london aur france kaisa tha"?

Dadi hit him playfully " besharam kahika"

" arey I meant adopt bhi kar sakte hai nha" rudra started convincing

" rudra tum log chalo mein doctor se milkar atta hoon" omkara advised

" bhai waise doctor bahot hi hot thi kyu dadi"? rudra looked at his dadi

" baat toh sahi kahi tune dekha nahi kaise chilayi nurse par" dadi smiled

Singhania Company

" madam yaha par sign chahiye" a manager requested anika

" mahesh sir ko dikha diya yeh file"? she questioned

" yes madam unho ne hi bheja hai sign karne"

"madam aapko nahi lagta we need to compromise with the oberois for the deal"? " I mean 50-50 share was ok" adviced the financial head
