I think you have predicted what might happen in the show, for Pinki will never accept Anika without a fight (which is bound to be downright underhanded tricks to prove that Anika is a gold digger).
A very well written piece keeping all three brothers in characters . Like Dadi said yesterday and Om said today Shivaay's love is going to be extreme. Because that is what it means to be Shivay Shakthi Oberoi, when he gives he gives 110%.
Which if and when his heart gets broken it will leave him in very mad and sad state. Like you have shown in the OS.
Om the voice of reason, he is what will pull our Shivaay back and Rudra is the innocent distraction this brothers need.
