So I have stopped watching ISA for a while awaiting the day the Rukhsar track has ended and I had thought by now they surely would have wrapped it up considering the other tracks were dealt with rather quickly even if not completely given us viewers closure.
But it seems to continue, there doesn't seem to be a story to this anymore. I caught a scene on Insta showing Zara and Kabeer are now doing some marriage and walima drama.
This could have gone a completely different way with viewers not having an issue with Rukhsar being onscreen.
Creatives may have forgotten her past sins but viewers have not so they cannot expect viewers to suddenly see from Rukhsar's point of view and start to like and accept her.
They could have shown Rukhsar being in a coma and being cared for like any other comatose person.
Kept in hospital with family and relatives visiting at normal hours and may be speaking to her in the hopes that she's listening.
ZK and the family could return to their lives as everyone else around the world continues to move forward and not play dramas in the hopes that someone would wake up.
Being a maulvi, Kabeer certainly should have advised that all they can do is pray for her wellbeing.
I had hoped that Kabeer would return to work and Zara would too. I want the CVs to concentrate on their working lives and making changes to the community. That's the thing that interested me, their different view on certain rulings and how they'd worked on it with their research.
Rewatching old episodes because new ones aren't easy to watch.
Due to this track, I'm losing interest in writing for ZK. The only reason I'm able to continue is due to the old episodes where I truly admire the strong willed woman who fought for the rights of her and other women.
