Post your first divorce if you have any kind of relation with your spouse then your divorce I understand that
But how about touching each other, I mean before rail track Kabir had issue if Zara is touching him or hugging him
But now he himself is holding her hand, her head and even hugging her. Today he even lost control

So are they allowed to do all this and their talak still stays intact

I am not Muslim so I don't know the rules

If a man divorces his wife and this was the first or second talaaq, and the iddah has not yet ended, he may take her back verbally, such as saying, "I take you back or "I have kept you; or it may be done by an action with the intention to take her back. If he has intercourse with her with the intention of taking her back, that also counts as taking her back.

The iddah of a woman who menstruates is three menstrual cycles; when she becomes pure following the third menses and does ghusl, then her iddah has ended.

The iddah of a woman who does not menstruate because she is too young or has passed the age of menopause is three months.

The iddah of a woman who is pregnant ends when her pregnancy ends.

Secondly:

Your saying "okay when you saw that your wife had returned to your mother's house when in fact you did not want to cancel the divorce, and your staying for one year without approaching her or looking at her all of that indicates that you did not actually take her back with that word, because you did not intend to take her back thereby. Rather it was approval and agreement with her being present to serve your mother. In that case the ruling does not differ whether that happened during the iddah period or afterwards, because this word does not indicate taking her back.

What happened of intercourse after that was a haraam action. You should have asked before that, especially since you felt anxious about what you had done.

Based on that, what you have to do is repent to Allah for having intercourse when you did not believe that you had taken her back. And you have to do a new marriage contract fulfilling all the conditions of the wali (guardian), mahr and two witnesses if both of you want that. And it is not permissible for you to come near her until the marriage contract has been done, because she is a non-mahram to you.

And Allah knows best.

In short agar waapis na lene ke iraade ya agar talaaq dene ke iraade par qaayam rahe, to haraam hua
Varna dooriyan mithaakar talaq ko thodna chahte to kehna hoga ki hum tumhe waapis le rahe hai aur aage unke beech ho jaaye to galat nahi
Ye sab iddah ke dauraan

Iddaah khatm hone ke baad usne agar apne beewi ko waapis nahi bula letha to hum sure nahi hai, lekkn lagta hai ki doosri baar nikaah karni hogi

Here Kabir is not sure what he wants to do
To Zara- he is always saying that we have only x number of days left, means he is going to divorce her for sure
To Miraj- he is confessing that he does not know what to do- means there are chances of him not giving her divorce
Today in precap he again said he has only some days left to divorce

So in this condition is it okay for him touch her in anyway... like today he lost control... he would have gone further if Zara has not stopped him and reminded him of divorce. Now he is suddenly whatever will happen will happen after 20 days... again hinting for second divorce... so according to me isn't he supposed to stay away from her if he himself is not what he is gonna do?

I agree with you, it's good that she has stopped him else she would be blamed that she tricked him
Pls Kabir might feel guilty of what had happened
Whenever they end this divorce it should be their mutual decision without anything affecting it...
But honestly I don't want second talak to happen... if they will finish their talak that will irk Miraj and we can see his closure faster. I can't stand him now...
Good to know that Shahbaz does not want them to divorce... for his selfish reasons of course but one more person in favor of Zabir staying together
