I have seen today's segments so many times
Was looking at all the minor details, they have refugee on a staircase, so it's a open place and anyone can walk on them anytime ( unless there is another room they can use )
Kabir was leaning towards Zara to kiss her but he suddenly look away

I know this segments are not real shots and half of the time they are rehearsals.
They have even seen one BTS on instagram where everyone are about Zabir and Imran said they are found and Kabir is hospital

Even I think the same. No consummation would be there for sure.
I saw a video in insta saying like iss Shaitani ko yahan se jana like that.
Still the drama continues.

They will definitely NOT consummate. Its pretty obvious. Kabir just hugs her for body heat so she can keep warm.

Its his FARZ to keep her warm and keep her alive 😡 while its her love to admit him into a hospital to save his life 💔

just seen this video, in comment senction, they wrote this scene came in today's episode.
Thank god, I want her to be insulted and humiliated anymore
