The writers need to decide if Kabeer's character is ever going to accept his wife's views. As it can be seen he accepts all other women's views except when it is Zara's. Guess in order to redeem Kabeer, the writers need to really drill down his personal issues. Yes he has a huge ego and temperament which could be in fact part of mental and psychotic obsession he has due to the confined way of life he had in youth (school Uni). If the CV's really want to look at tripple talaq and the modern interpretation for women in Islam, perhaps they should instead build Zara's character of one as more of a caring loving wife who uses reverse psychology and various thought processes to influence Kabeer as it's always easier to convince someone when you use the right tone and avenue...
Actually this is also something that should be practiced in all marriages, using the right tone and avenues to discuss and most importantly to understand your spouses insecurities and be able to be a moral support.
Just my 2 cents
