They Can have Only Talaq - ul- Sunnath.
So Kabeer Has Three chances to save the marriage...
When he Pronounce Talaq He has to Go through the entire Process...
1. Reconciliation (between them)
2. Arbitration (both sides from the family)
3. Iddah... (3 months) Where the Bride has to be in the Grooms House. (They can reconcile during this period)
That's when the Talaq is complete... which means actually they are divorced... No more Miyan Biwi... Free to marry someone else... First Time They are divorced. But If the Couple wants they can Remarry ... Then they can Remarry with New Meher...
Which is a completely new Marriage contract.
Like how he has 2 more opportunity to remarry the Ex- Biwi... But when he Divorce For the 3rd time He has to be Super careful... It would become Irrevocable... Cannot Remarry ...
