Ishq Subhan Allah is a really good abd enjoyable TV show. A show where all thr actors are incredibly talented and know how to portray their character to the fullest.
The storyline is grear where we have the clash of the titans: Righeous and always farz nibhane wala Kabeer and the bold brave and highly educated Zara.
There is a good back story where a Shebaz dreams od his son becoming qazi (which in my opinion should be the backbone and the most important aspect of the story but more on that later) and Kabeer's own dream. Zara holding a place in the sharia board and wanting to do whats right for women and the community in general.
Then we have a few other characters who have a stoey of their own. Ruksaar who has been dreaming of marrying Kabeer since childhood, Badi Bahu Zeenath who wants to have co trol over the house just as Ayesha does and Muted business son Kashan.
The story is about how two people from different backgrounds come together, clash because of their difference of opinion on Islamic matters, then come to an understanding ( Kabeer still doesnt want Zara to work with him because of her nazariya, he only agreed after her plan). Shebaz isnt happy because the dream he dreamt of isnt taking shape and Kabeer wants to complete his own dream.
Sounds simple right.
But it isnt.
We need to remember that although ISA is breaking streotypes, it is still a daily Indian soap.
The CV's have come up with some.great storylines (including the ME, which was brilliant)
But then deviats from.what is needed i.e. the full on episode about Ruksar etc.
But then it is Rulsar that will bring Zabeer closer but then is she really needed?? If ISA CV's are breaking streotypes why the need of a vamp?
Why cant we have a simple everyday love story.
The upconjng episodes will show Zara pointing a finger on Ruksar and revealing the truth but will anyone believe her??
Shebaz will not stand by Zara as he knew and kept quiet therefore making him quilty of crime, Zeenath will obviously not. Kashan is Mute. That leaves Ayesha and Kabeer. Ayesha will believe her but will Kabeer? Maybe he will maybe he wont.
