He is not a regular guy who is caught staring at other girls while he is out with hos wife.
He is someone who is supposed to follow his religious strictures in letter & spirit.
Isn't he forbidden to look at other women?That's what get after Zara's lecture to teh investor.

Infidelity & cheating are still way off for him, but yeah, every thing starts with a thought & I think Ruksar was successful in planting the thought she is a more desirable wife material in Kabir's head y'day.
