Tu hi haqeeqat khwaab tu
Dariya tu hi pyaas tu
Tu hi dil ki bekarari
Tu sukoon tu sukoon
Yes these lyrics have more feeling in them if you imagine they were written for Zara and Kabir! The essence of their feelings for eachother was crystal clear.
Zara finishes her Namaz and senses kabir. And the battered kabir who is being dragged through the mansion senses Zara, he hears the familiar voice calling desperately for him. Her saviour.
Her voice gives him strength, strength to destroy all the hurdles in between them.
She stands at the top of the stairs in disbelief. And both their faces glow with 'sukoon'. Her prayers have been answered, and the face kabir yearned to see again is right infront of him.
Fighting desperately by forces that try to hold them back. They reunite.
Then dialogue of the day #1 ''humara haath kuin choda'' zara reminds him of his duty as her husband. And he replies with an answer that I'm sure made everyone' heart skip a beat
''Magar aab agaya huin''
Reminding her that he will never leave her hand again, again reinforcing the truth that their love will always prevail!
Ek dafa jo haath pakar liya, kabir will fight the world before he leaves her hand and this is evident in the next scene,
Sirajs little minions try to separately them but kabir stays adamant! He refuses to leave her. He refuses to leave his wife.
''Woh tumhari mehbuba nahi, hamare biwi hai" he is so sure, not even hesitating to call her his own. The determination in his eyes says it all! The journey they both undertook after their nikkah has changed each of them beyond their own imagination.
A calm composed gentleman emerges into lion to protect his wife. His Zara! The anger in his eyes when siraj demands that he divorce her then and there.
NO! ''Woh humari biwi hai, nikkah kiya hai humne'' he refuses to back down from his vows to her. Those vows have now been etched on his heart along with her name. He won't let anyone take his Zara.
Then the most painful scene, their private reality has been exposed and to a third person. His blood boils as he tries to get to grips with the supposed betrayal. His ears are hearing one thing whilst his heart is saying another. In a fit of anger he confronts Zara.
The same Zara he promised to stand by. Scarred with her betrayal he flings her hand away convincing her that he is ready to leave her forever. A bewildered Zara watches as the man who vowed to trust her refuses to believe her truth.
