I don't think Tara is returning as Kesari because a part of that precap in which Tara was shown actually belongs to a scene from episode 97 where Aarohi dresses Tara as Kesari & in turn becomes Tara. Chavanneh & the other boy threaten her like that when she was shouting at them.
That bit must be deliberately added to mislead viewers as usual.
