I don't know what to say exactly. Never had to deal with such people. If she is not a senior, then just shut her up once and for all, and tell her to mind her own business. If she is a senior, and can affect your job in some way, or make your life even shittier, then be a little more tactful. Probably just ignore, and do your own thing without paying heed.

She is not senior or anything. She is kind of person who is sweet in front of you, talks very politely but behind your back with other workers and employer do bitching about u.
